Aspire is working with a client who is in search for a part-time Office Clerk for their New York office. This is a part-time role requiring 16 hours a week. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless mail processing and distribution as well as data entry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and opening incoming mail at the New York office.
• Processing letters from customers and scanning them to forward to the customer service team.
• Sending out marketing letters, meticulously checking and managing returns.
• Logging recipient information and sending notifications.
• Collaborating with the local facilities team to maintain an up-to-date list of incoming mail.
• Data entry tasks, including keying mail information into spreadsheets.
• Assisting in organizing and maintaining a smooth work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Data entry experience and familiarity with spreadsheets.
• Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently and effectively.

Working Hours:
