$60k-65k Base ($85k-90k OTE - Uncapped)

Our client is a leading organization in the media space that is a global community focused on organizational learning. This media company provides learning resources through memberships, conferences, online events, and an advertising channel.

The company is ramping up its sales team and is looking for an Associate Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in the prospecting and closing of new business within the company's newest division - Digital Advertising. They are looking for a variety of experience to build the team, so the Associate Sales Manager can have anywhere from 2-10 years of sales experience, specifically in the digital advertising space.

The Job:

• Cultivate new customers and gain additional business from current customers to ensure sales targets are met
• Prospect and identify new clients, leveraging a limitless territory, this position will have sole responsibility for the digital advertising product line
• Regularly meet with customers, prospects, and partners via calls, Zoom, and face-to-face, including at competitive events, and company-produced events
• Manage day-to-day personal sales, pipelines, and appropriate sales administration
• Create, start to finish, detailed written proposals for quarterly and/or annual advertising campaigns and deliver these materials in a professional and timely manner

The Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
• Two or more years experience in a digital advertising sales role
• Experience selling digital advertising products directly to corporate customers and/or agency buyers
• Experience closing sales from $5K up to $100K
• Knowledge of digital advertising KPIs, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar platforms
• Proficient use of MS Office, Google docs, Salesforce, and DocuSign; ability to use or learn Adobe Acrobat and other technology as required
