The Client Success Manager will be responsible for:
* Working as a key point of contact to service clients managed by the delivery team.

* Working with clients to understand and help delivery team achieve their long-term growth objectives and explore new opportunities for growth.

* Building strong relationships with existing clients through delivering presentations and reporting.

* Working cross functionally with the Sales, Delivery and Marketing teams.

* Attending conferences and networking with potential clients.

The Client Success Manager will have the following experience:
* Experience in a client facing role in the digital marketing industry, knowledge of paid channels essential.
* Strong understanding of the digital eco system and excellent networking skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced target led environment
