The Community Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging with communities through outreach campaigns,
- Leverage social media channels and work with online influencers to promote the community,
- Developing solutions to optimize loyalty through; communication touch points, experience
- Design and track community metrics,
- Develop relationships with associations and media companies to increase memberships and followers.

The Community Manager will have the following experience:
- A passion for Social Media and Market Research and be excited about the opportunity to blend the two together,
- Knowledge and skills to successfully identify and leverage recruitment channels to
extend respondent access in hard-to-reach groups
- The Ability to work cross-functionally, engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders,
