Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role

This role sits within the global brand team and spans across the brand's digital channels. In this position you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of marketing content and campaigns on the brand's organic social media channels, email, and website, as well as reporting analytics and practical insights for those channels. You will be accountable for the brand's community management. This role has a strong connection with the teams for support, expertise, and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand's organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Other) including day to day management of the organic social media calendar
  • Run brand communication and ad hoc content opportunities across the organic social media channels including boosting
  • Drive innovation in communication on social channels and provide timely suggestions and relevant updates
  • Manage the email calendar to ensure timely and best in class email communication
  • Build and run marketing emails to the brand's database to drive engagement, as well as to support the eCLM strategy (acquisition and retention)
  • Manage A/B tests to inform brand communication and content strategy
  • Build webpages, upload content assets and campaign banners for the best user journey and pro-actively suggest website content improvements, while considering SEO insights
  • Support CLM programs to drive acquisition and retention aligned with brand's objectives
  • Work closely with the content planner on content creation and adaptation to ensure channel first approach
  • Adapt master brand copy to ensure it is channel and audience specific
  • Liaise and work cross-functionally within the business, aligning with Local markets, Ecommerce, Global Digital, and Consumer Care Digital Reporting & Insights
  • Support Sr. Brand Manager and Content Planner with insights to inform communication & content planning
  • Utilize Facebook and Instagram Analytics accounts to pull out key insights and report content successes
  • Work closely with Consumer Care team, Sr. Brand Managers and Content Planner to ensure consistency in all outbound messaging
  • Respond to all inbound messages and engage with brand's consumers across all social media channels
  • Immerse in relevant active social communities to actively engage with fans and non-fans
  • Support influencer outreach and engagement programs
  • Manage brand tone of voice across all social channels
  • Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Brand, Digital and Commercial teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • General digital marketing activation and execution
  • Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest is essential
  • Copy adaptation across platforms
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends Email marketing and ESP
  • Knowledge of CMS (ideally WordPress and Bloomreach)
  • Use of social listening tools (ideally Emplify) and social media planning tool (i.e. Later)
  • Knowledge in Search (SEO, PPC) would be beneficial
  • Previous brand or agency experience
  • Knowledge of art materials & artist community a plus
