Aspire are working with an international Social and Influencer agency who create tailor-made influencer and social marketing campaigns for their clients. The agency is looking to grow their US team and are looking for a Digital Sales Director to develop and grow their US business.

The Sales Director's responsibilities will include:
* Lead the US sales strategy by building and managing client relationships and achieving revenue goals through managing a successful pipeline
* Identifying new opportunities and driving an increase in RFPs and an increase in deal sizes
* Using your experience to develop the sales process, and leading the team to help them execute it
* Working cross-functionally with internal teams to help shape and manage the production of social marketing campaigns
* Leverage existing relationships and seek out new opportunities with brands to deliver tailor-made influencer campaigns
* Utilize sales enablement tools to create professional, tailored prospecting strategies

The Sales Director will have the following experience:
* 4+ years of digital sales experience with a focus on solution selling
* Experience in managing and growing business within complex organizations
* Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals
* Strong communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills
* Confidence in dealing with C-Level executives
* Must have experience holding a new business sales quota
