Director of Brand Partnerships

Social Media Video Publisher

New York (Hybrid Working)

Do you have a strong network of brand marketing teams and agency contacts? Do you have a track record leading a team and driving revenue through Brand Partnerships? Looking for an opportunity lead the US Strategy for one the largest Digital Media Publisher in the industry?

The Director Brand Partnerships will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing the US sales strategy and planning expansion into additional markets,
  • Building and managing the Brand Partnerships team and ensuring they achieve revenue goals through brand sales and partnerships,
  • Identifying new product verticals, driving an increase in RFPs and an increase is deal sizes through consistent performance management,
  • Overseeing onboarding, training, and coaching of new team members.
  • Using your experience to develop the sales process, and leading the team to help them execute it,
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to help shape and manage the production of branded content,
  • Being aware of changes in the market that will enable clients to utilize custom video content and media to reach their target audience,
  • Leverage existing relationships and seek out new opportunities with media brands and creative agencies to deliver original content partnerships with multiple clients.

The Director Brand Partnerships will have the following experience:

  • 3+ years' experience leading a high performing sales team, driving revenue through new business and existing client relationships,
  • 5+ years' experience in a brand sales and partnership role for a Digital Media Publisher,
  • Commercial acumen, you'll have experience achieving multi-million dollar financial goals and revenue targets,
  • An in-depth knowledge of the media landscape including; digital media and platform distribution,
  • Excellent networking skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners at all levels,
  • A track record of identifying and onboarding Brand Partnerships with agencies and clients directly
