Providing unparalleled events with industry-leading speakers as well as inspirational digital content and mission-driven initiatives, our client creates a unique marketplace for the health community leading the dialogue and development of a new health ecosystem.

The Director of Sales will be responsible for:

• Exceed all event revenue, contract growth and customer number targets
• Nurture our existing client accounts developing relationships with multiple points of contact to grow revenue, increasing both average spend and frequency of spend across portfolio.
• Enable significant new business growth - creating a pursuit list of our desired clients and a plan on how we will secure them.
• Gain client insight and feed into our event development strategy to create innovative new propositions and fresh commercial opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, our competitors, and our client landscape to enable high level credibility to maximize impact on sales discussions and therefore revenue generated.
• Self-source leads and new opportunity streams by studying internal and external channels.

The Director of Sales will possess the following:

• Consistent top sales performer with an extensive track record of event sponsorship sales to senior level client contacts
• Client focused and proactive with entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally
