Event Manager.

Our client is a boutique creative events and experiential marketing agency specialising in sustainable luxury and they are looking for an Event Manager to join their growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing innovative event concepts, coordinating vendors and overseeing the successful execution of premium events and brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, designers, and third-party vendors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring all project objectives and requirements are met.
• Develop creative concepts and proposals for luxury events and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Create mood boards, visual presentations, and storyboards to effectively communicate ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure concepts align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, printers, and production partners.
• Ensure all creative and event materials are delivered to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with venues, caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, setup, execution, and teardown.
• Conduct site visits and oversee on-site event operations.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved parameters.
• Handle invoicing and project documentation.
• Coordinate applications for permits, licences, insurance, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in event planning and management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful event execution and project management.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and outside regular business hours when required for events.
