Do you love researching trends, connecting with senior industry leaders and bringing events to life?

We're working with a leading B2B events and media organisation that delivers around 100 events a year across topics including AI, fintech, cybersecurity, supply chain and emerging technologies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in events, conference production, speaker acquisition or webinar delivery who wants to take ownership of projects and work directly with C-suite executives from some of the world's most recognised organisations.

✨ What you'll be doing:

🔎 Researching industry trends, hot topics and competitor events

🎙️ Identifying and securing senior-level speakers for webinars and conferences

🤝 Building relationships with C-suite executives, industry experts and thought leaders

📅 Coordinating webinars, virtual events and executive networking experiences

💻 Managing speaker briefings, rehearsals and live event delivery

📣 Working closely with marketing and sales teams to maximise event impact

🌍 Supporting a portfolio of international B2B events

✅ What we're looking for:

✔️ Experience within events, conference production, speaker acquisition or webinar delivery

✔️ Strong research skills and a genuine interest in business and emerging technologies

✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔️ Highly organised with strong attention to detail

✔️ Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders

✔️ Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
