The company has tripled their business in the past 3 years. An amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to further their marketing career. The focus now is on the exciting growth plans in the upcoming years and they are looking for creative, motivated, and passionate marketing professionals to join their team.

The Marketing Executive Role will be responsible for:

• Executing marketing campaigns, PR strategies, and reporting results, ensuring KPIs were effective and achieved
• Developing and updating the creative and design processes in place for marketing materials, creating new materials following marketing strategies
• Work internally with sales focusing on driving revenue and increasing client growth and retention
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate marketing plans, review the website, socials, and email analytics throughout the campaigns
• Working with partners to develop lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns
• Oversee Social Media strategies to drive engagement and interaction while building the community
• Review and report marketing plans, KPIs, and attendee statistics, making adjustments and evaluations to improve
• Responsible for managing purchase orders in collaboration with finance, plus the attendee and vendors pricing strategies and reporting
• Work with marketing on business development, database management, and the registration process for visitors

The Marketing Executive possesses the following:

• Strong communication, writing, and organization skills
• Experience within Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to produce creative and well thought out marketing plans
• Great time and project management skills, ability to multitask efficiently and deliver on time
• Experience working with CRM, CMS, and ESP software for marketing automation
• Background in developing sales led marketing campaigns, with an attention to detail, uses best practices in digital marketing
• Desire to develop your career, working with multiple different types of people and personalities
• Flexibility to extend working hours if needed around key show times, working well and professionally under pressure
