The Marketing Manager role will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain the marketing plan per event
• Manage the event marketing budget, press and PR event registration
• Creating event branding and messages, copy writing that aligns with each brand
• Data and resource building for events, such as websites, list research, data acquisition
• Execute and develop email and social media campaigns
• Creating banners, adverts, brochures, and marketing content pieces
• Support the sales effort to get sponsorships and speakers
• Develop media & association partnerships
• Assist with onsite support, social media efforts, working with press, photographers or videographers
• Monitor and report on analytics from websites, email etc.

The Marketing Manager possesses the following:

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Self-disciplined, with great organization and time management skills
• Team player capable of working independently and taking initiative
• Attention to detail with a strategic mindset
• Customer and market focused
• Experience using Social Media, Google Ads and Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, Basica HTML, Hootsuite, and Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
• Copywriting
