Aspire is partnered with a digital PR and Comms Agency, looking to expand its media team by hiring a Media Activation Supervisor to work with exciting B2B accounts

The Media Activation Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Managing holistic paid advertising campaigns from strategy, activation, and optimization
• Supervising two or more direct reports
• Executing and monitoring media plans and seeking opportunities for improvement
• Delivering strategy and results to internal teams and clients
• Being able to fully execute programmatic, paid search, and paid social campaigns
• Working collaboratively with internal teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in executing, and planning digital multichannel campaigns
• Proficiency with using search engines and paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, DSPs)
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising trends
• Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to multitask
• Great communication skills, curiosity and critical thinking
• Authorization to work in the US
