Aspire are working with a Global leader in providing advertising, marketing and technology. They are looking for a Sales Planner who will partner with the Sales Team supporting the delivery and execution of strategic proposals for top tier prospects and clients.

The Sales Planner will be responsible for:

• Assisting in building, revising and maintaining top tier sales proposals for Sales Team's target account list.
• Prepare presentations for agencies/clients as needed and foster effective relationships with established external contacts.
• Prepare and deliver competitive network analysis, vertical insights, and relevant account updates (recent press, etc.) for key internal account readouts.
• Work with prospective contacts to ensure that finalization and launch of strategic accounts are in order and on track to launch as planned.
• Assist Sales Leads with administrative requirements in Salesforce and JIRA.

The Sales Planner will have the following experience:

• 3+ years' experience working in Media and Advertising.
• Microsoft Office experience, including: Excel, Salesforce, JIRA and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of terminology, products, and KPIs in advertising sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and networking skills.
• BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent education and experience.
