North American Customer Success Team Lead

Technology Owner

$120,000 - $140,000 Base + Bonus

New York, NY

This is an opportunity to lead the Customer Success team for a fast-growing tech company who have recently been awarded a top 15 position in the Deloitte Fast 50 technology company list. The Customer Success Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Provide Coaching and People Development for the Customer Success team.
  • Manage resource, workload, and campaign throughout to ensure successful and timely execution from planning, through to launch, and post campaign deliverables.
  • Ensure Customer Success as a center of excellence for knowledge on product features, campaign execution, campaign benchmarking, and data.
  • Oversee, develop, and roll out campaign project management best practices and processes as new features are released.
  • Monitor key account performance metrics to identify pain points and educate the team to drive campaign improvements.
  • Uncover new ways to improve and enhance our service delivery and coach and develop the Customer Success team to adopt the highest standards of service to our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with product, brand partnerships, fulfillment, solutions engineering, leadership, and other relevant teams across the company to solve pain points as it impacts growth and retention.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure successful fulfilment processes as it relates to campaign execution and results.

The Customer Success Team Lead will possess the following:

  • 7+ years' experience working in a Customer Success related role, ideally in the marketing or advertising technology industry.
  • 2+ years' experience leading a team.
  • Demonstrated history working with large global enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social advertising.
  • Exceptional ability to use data to guide decision making.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
