Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Events Specialist

$70k-$75k Base Salary

New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office)

This is an opportunity to join an established and award-winning events company. An amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career. The company have seen rapid growth over the last few years and the focus now is on expanding the US business, with impressive growth plans for the next three years.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager for our New York office, which currently has around 60 employees but is expected this to grow this year. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for creating a well-organized and coordinated office environment that reflects the brand and company culture.

Executive Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the President's calendar
  • Schedule meetings
  • Booking of travel for senior executives
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Expense Reports

Office Manager responsibilities include:
* Budget tracking and recording for office operations
* Key liaison point of contact for our accounting and CRM systems
* Manage office premises: maintain office condition, organize necessary repairs
* Coordinate Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Maintain calendars for office meeting spaces, organize company-wide meetings, events
* Be a key point of contact between Finance, sales and marketing departments

About you:

  • Previous experience in Executive Assistant or Office Management role for a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • * Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • * Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • * Great written and verbal communication
  • * Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • * Experience of using Management and HR Systems (ex. Salesforce, Justworks)
