Aspire is partnered with a Global Media Agency showing exciting growth, looking to expand their leadership team, hiring Programmatic Supervisors to work the day-to-day programmatic activation and strategy for key accounts in pharma and healthcare while managing a team.

The Programmatic Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Owning strategic planning and campaign execution in the account
• Execute, manage and optimize online media campaigns
• Develop and maintain optimal relationship with key clients
• Provide regular insights on performance and optimizations to stakeholders
• Lead and coach Associates and Managers that would help in campaign support
• Work with media partners to guarantee platform implementation

Requirements:

• 4 year college degree
• Minimum o 4 years of experience in programmatic campaigns or digital media ops
• Client facing experience and optimal communication skills
• Project and people management skills
• Understanding of media planning elements
