Aspire is supporting a global Postproduction Studio that works with some of the world's largest brands, retailers, agencies, and media companies, helping them create visual experiences through content and complex digital solutions.

They are in Growth mode with significant investment looking for a Sales Director who has a network of contacts across VFX Production Houses and CGI Houses, and Agencies that they can utilize to help the business during this exciting phase of their growth.

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

• Identifying and building relationships with key decision makers across VFX Production House and CGI Houses and Agencies.
• Meet with potential clients to grow, maintain and develop long terms relationships.
• Apply and demonstrate solution selling and account management practices to develop a pipeline of opportunities.
• Use industry knowledge and experience to develop and support project strategies and advise and support team members and project partners.
• Work internally to ensure that the studio maintains a cutting-edge reputation for the latest digital products and services.

The Sales Director will have the following experience:

• Knowledge of CGI and/or VFX solutions.
• Selling Digital Solutions, Products and Services, and large-scale design, strategy, consulting, and visual creative engagements.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to build a successful pipeline and achieve sales goals.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
