Aspire are working with a Digital Marketing Agency experiencing exciting growth and who are looking for talent to support this growth. The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the management of affiliate platforms, publisher development, client communication and helping the affiliate channel work cross functionally within the larger agency.

The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for:

• Use client specific goals to help develop affiliate strategies
• Analyze and monitor trends tracking to exceed client's KPI's
• Building and optimizing affiliate campaigns for a roster of ecommerce, B2C, and lead generation clients
• Making weekly performance metrics and strategy calls to clients
• Outlining quarterly business reviews & other client facing presentations that review performance, insights and strategic opportunities

The Senior Affiliate Manager will have the following experience:

• 4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (agency experience required)
• Basic understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI's, and profitability levers
• Experience working in tracking platforms (Commission Junction, Impact Radius, Pepperjam, Share-a-Sale, etc)
• Knowledge of industry specific KPI's such as CPL, ROAS, CVR, etc.
• Ability to be a self-starter and efficiently manager more than one client account
