I have been in the working world for over 12 years, and in that time, my life has changed a lot. I've gone from being a young, single graduate to being a working mum. I've been extremely lucky that Aspire has enabled me to build my career and my working pattern in such a way that I'm able to be as committed to my job as my children. This is not something unique to me and my situation as reported in Personnel Today. It seems that the older one gets, the more that they value flexibility.
