Big change as women secure 33% of Board positions - now for ethnic diversity.

Very encouraging news that the number of women on boards has increased 50% in five years, largely due to the work of the 30% Club who set a goal of gaining 30% representation of all women on boards and c-suites globally underpinned by three strategic pillars:

• Influence those with power to drive change.

• Enable future women leaders.
