It's week 6 of our 'Women in Leadership' campaign where we have interviewed seven women leaders at Aspire to empower career-ambitious women around the world.
Whether you've never been a manager before, you want to progress to the next stage, or you're curious about how these women have become successful in a similar field to you, follow the campaign so you can hear their best advice.
These personal accounts aim to advise other women who aspire to be on similar paths. Each week, beginning with International Women's Day on 8th March, we will release another interview, showing our support and raising awareness for IWD for a total of seven weeks.
Week 6:
Meet our Interim and Events Business Director, Naomi Price
Naomi has an impressive 16 years of experience in Recruitment, 15 of these as a manager and up, starting as Branch Manager for general staffing. Now as a Business Director for Aspire, she is managing both the Interim division and Events team to hire and place talented candidates. Naomi shares her advice on finding role models and managing your work/life balance in your quest to progress into a leadership role.
