hubbul is an ideal solution for employers with an in-house capability to manage their own process but who want to avoid wading through a mass of applications and want to massively cut down the time to hire.

​hubbul is designed to cut the cost per hire and the time to hire for roles that have larger talent pools and therefore attract mass applications which take so much time to screen

​The process is the same as the front end of working with a professional recruitment consultancy: ​

  • Speak to a hubbul Account Manager with your company information and Job brief

  • Agree a timescale for delivery of a shortlist

  • hubbul then sources, identifies, assesses and selects relevant candidates

  • hubbul presents your role to the candidates and gains their permission to be introduced to you

  • hubbul creates a candidate profile detailing critical information such as salary, salary expectations, notice periods and reasons for leaving current role

  • The candidates complete short video answering four key questions relevant to the role

  • The candidates CV, profile and video is uploaded to the hubbul platform

  • You receive an invitation to view the candidates on the hubbul platform

  • You then accept or reject the candidates on the platform

  • You invite your chosen candidates to interview via the platform

  • You manage your own process as normal

​hubbul is a success only model whereby you only commit to payment of £350 per candidates upon inviting a candidate to interview
