Are you looking to be a driving force behind a rapidly growing Performance Marketing Agency? Our client is looking to bring on an Affiliate Marketing Manager who can play a pivotal role in managing key traffic sources for their Advertiser clients.

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will:

• Oversee a diverse base of affiliates/publishers.
• Handle partner needs from deal vegetating to reporting, ensuring seamless operations and payments.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, provide feedback, and optimize strategies for maximum growth.
• Cultivate relationships with industry contacts to uncover new business opportunities.
• Recruit new affiliate partners to increase incoming traffic volumes and enhance market positions.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of successfully launching and managing various affiliate programs
• Demonstrated persistence in communications to effectively manage and develop a strong book of business
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
• Thrives in a start-up environment and possessing the ability to drive results and performance independently.
