Aspire is partnered with a Media Trading Firm, 100% Employee Owned showing exciting growth, looking to expand its leadership team by hiring an Associate Media Director to lead digital media strategy, manage media vendor investment and supervise a team of media buyers.

The Associate Media Director will be responsible for:

- Develop and lead the execution of digital buys based on client media plan needs
- Create timely buy/post-buy reports and presentations
- Manage digital buying team activities across channels such as Programmatic, Paid Social, OTT, display, and others
- Ensure client KPIs and deadlines are met
- Nurture relationships with existing clients and vendors
- Act as a source of knowledge for digital media practices for internal team and agency partners

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in media buying focused on digital channels, media concepts and terms
- Strong media vendor relationship and client communication skills
- Success in leading full-service digital accounts and teams
- Ability to meet targets and prioritize the team's workload
- Written, presentation, analytical, and research skills
- BA/BS
- Valid US work authorization
