Position: Conference Producer

Company: Global Conference Organizer

Compensation: $70k-$80k Base + Commission

Location: New York, NY (3 days per week in office)

Aspire is partnering with a global events company that organizes conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows across various industries and sectors including technology, life sciences, and ecommerce. The company hosts events worldwide, bringing together professionals, experts, and stakeholders to discuss and explore the latest trends, innovations, and challenges within their respective fields.

About the Role:

Event producers will undertake market research with senior individuals from their target audience, develop and write in-depth event agendas, recruit high-level speakers, and assist the sales & marketing teams in promoting their finished product.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing high quality event content - including writing agenda sessions (keynotes, panel discussions etc.)
• Carrying out in-depth research with leaders and experts from a given industry
• Building strong relationship networks within the industry
• Persuading industry experts to speak at events
• On-site event management
