🚀 We're hiring: Conference Producer (Events)- London 🎤

Do you enjoy producing events that educate, inspire, and create meaningful experiences? We're looking for an Conference Producer to help deliver high-quality conferences, exhibitions, and roadshows across the UK financial services sector.

What you'll be doing

✨ Producing and managing conference and event programmes from start to finish, both in-person and virtual.
✨ Recruiting, briefing, and supporting speakers to ensure engaging, relevant content.
✨ Collaborating with marketing, editorial, commercial, and operations teams to deliver content that resonates with delegates and sponsors.
✨ Developing creative programmes and materials that drive attendance, engagement, and commercial impact.
✨ Travelling across the UK to attend and oversee events (around 50% of the time).

Who we're looking for

✔ 2+ years' experience producing events or conferences (financial services experience is a bonus).
✔ Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
✔ Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
✔ Excellent communicator - able to build and maintain relationships with speakers, clients, and delegates.
✔ Professional, collaborative, and looking for a long-term role within a close-knit events team.

Working arrangements

🏢 In-office 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (no flexible pattern)
💷 Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + discretionary performance bonus
