About the Role:
The Creative Analyst role focuses on data analytics within media and marketing performance, analysing campaign data and generating insights that help optimise advertising and creative output. The position is ideal for someone with early career experience in marketing analytics, media performance, or advertising data, particularly within media agencies or marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse performance data from digital marketing and media campaigns

• Identify trends and insights that help improve advertising performance

• Work with campaign data to evaluate what drives engagement and results

• Support reporting and analysis across media and creative campaigns

• Translate data into clear insights that inform marketing and advertising strategy

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance

Requirements:

Essential:

• 2-3 years' experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or media performance analysis

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data

• Experience working with marketing, advertising, or media performance data

• Strong Excel and data analysis capability

• Interest in advertising, marketing performance, and media analytics

Preferred:

• Experience working within media agencies, advertising agencies, or marketing analytics roles

• Exposure to performance marketing or media campaign analysis

• Familiarity with data visualisation tools or marketing analytics platforms

Key Criteria:

• Must be able to work from the London office 3-4 days/week

• Ideally candidates from media agencies, advertising, or marketing analytics backgrounds

• Looking for candidates with limited but relevant experience (early career level)
