AACo is Australia's oldest continuously operating agriculture company in Northern Australia. They are seeking a driven Customer Activation Manager to join their team in Dubai. As Customer Activation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring, through targeted marketing, that the company enhances the brand and customer experience and assists in delivering business objectives in the channels / customers aligned to the market plans.

The Customer Activation Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and reviewing in-market brand activations, distributor materials, and events. They play a central role in providing proactive marketing support to our key distribution partners and their customers. They will partner closely with the marketing director and in-market sales team to support our brand growth within the Middle Eastern markets.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, such as the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills - ability to articulate ideas.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • A strong relationship builder across diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and an analytical mindset is essential.
  • Digital marketing understanding.
  • Experienced in writing concise, clear and informative briefs.

  • Ability to tailor content for different audiences / customers.
  • A deep sense of accountability, ownership, and passion.
  • Ability to improve processes to seamlessly execute and review marketing programs.
  • Results driven with the ability to work autonomously and comfortable with ambiguity.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Brand or Customer Marketing role (within the Food and Beverage industry a preference)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Exposure to / experience with Digital / Omni-channel (highly desirable)
  • Experience in managing creative agencies, digital agencies, and print agencies
  • Experience in managing and reporting on budgets
