Aspire is partnered with an Advertising Agency pioneer in the CTV/Programmatic landscape in America, looking to expand its leadership team by hiring a creative sales leader with the desire to push for internal and client growth.

The Digital Sales Director will be responsible for:

- Prospecting to develop revenue and new relationships with leaders across advertising channels.
- Work closely with clients from start to finish within the sales process.
- Be a point of knowledge regarding the agency's product and services for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure client KPIs and deadlines are met
- Nurture relationships with existing clients and vendors

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in sales preferably in CVT programmatic. (Other digital ad spaces are a plus)
- Strong media vendor relationship and client communication skills.
- Ability to generate a new book of business.
- Comfortable with a fast pace sales environment.
- Understanding of Salesforce / SalesLoft.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising space.
- Valid US work authorization.
