The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for:

* Develop, build, and manage Brand's digital content plan delivering towards Brand and Digital objectives, working cross-functionally with the Digital Strategists and Product owners and key stakeholders
* Coordinate all content and copywrite for digital campaigns as the liaison between key Brand, Digital and Commercial stakeholders
* Continually optimize a content management process that builds productivity with realistic timelines and deliverables, while providing agility
* Utilize key insights from social listening, research studies, consumer care, SEO keyword analysis and digital strategists, etc, to help inform the digital content and optimizations
* Recommend digital content creation and production (long form, short form, videos, stills, copy, articles, reels, gifs etc.) that are relevant by platform
* Recommend and brief content for the testing strategies for different target audiences

The Digital Content Manager will have the following experience:

* Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, and campaign planning
* Solid track record of developing and delivering multichannel digital campaigns and content with clear KPIs across email, social and web
* Experience in copywriting and editorial content creation
* Understanding of content marketing tactics such as SEO, social media marketing and eCRM
* Pulse on current social media marketing trends & Working knowledge of Wordpress
* Knowledge of project management tools
