£120,000 - £145,000 + Bonus and Full Benefits
Hybrid (2 Days a week in the office)

Aspire is partnering with a global brand that partners with NGOs, Governments, and multinational corporations, helping them engage their audiences and deliver change by delivering programs that deal with topics including sustainability, globalization, poverty, and health.

The Global Head of Policy & Insights for Sustainability will be responsible for:

• Lead the Sustainability Policy & Insights team and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the business.
• Develop and implement the strategy by identifying market trends to drive and impact core issues affecting sustainability.
• Ensure that the research and thought leadership is insightful and engaging to lead discussions with policymakers, academics, and business leaders.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams including the commercial division to build lasting relationships with key global accounts.
• Manage senior members of the team and support professional development.

The Global Head of Policy & Insights for Sustainability will have the following experience:

• A recognized expert in sustainability you will have 12+ years of experience delivering insight into issues affecting sustainability.
• Experience developing and managing policy research and creating methodologies for client projects on a global scale.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to build relationships with C-Suite clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• An inquisitive mind and a passion for sustainability.
