Aspire is partnering with a revolutionary tech company that is seeking to bring on a passionate Growth Marketing Manager who can come in and take the companies digital presence to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team with great benefits and culture.

The Growth Marketing Manager will:

• Take responsibility in managing email and SMS marketing automation, encompassing tasks like content creation, template development, campaign setup, monitoring, and nurturing leads
• Utilize artificial intelligence, and external vendors to enhance your work.
• Manage paid social, paid search, and display efforts from ideation to execution.
• Work alongside the internal team to ensure goals align across all departments,
• Maintain website optimization to increase traffic flow,
• Utilize CRM to keep track of analytics of marketing campaigns to measure spend and ROI.

The Growth Marketing Manager will have:

• 3-5+ years working on a variety of digital marketing campaigns
• Experience working in industries that are focused on B2B
• Has managed campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Worked on optimizing website landing pages and untilizes A/B testing tools
• Has utilized marketing automation tools and artificial intelligence
• Experimented with campaigns to find the best performing strategies
