KEY DUTIES

• Lead European Data Consultancy team delivering high-quality data, delighting clients, overseeing projects and escalations effectively.
• Manage critical projects, align stakeholders on design, timelines, deliverables, improve processes, enhance quality and efficiency.
• Build client relationships, represent team, drive platform adoption, translate needs into improvements, coach team members.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experienced market research professional with strong project management, quantitative expertise, delivering bespoke data-driven insights consistently.
• Proven leader managing multidisciplinary teams, influencing stakeholders, prioritising effectively, ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented, client-focused delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communicator and problem solver, thrives under pressure, continuously learning, building trusted client relationships and solutions.
