Aspire are working with a Skincare Technology company experiencing exciting growth and who are looking for talent to support this growth. The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will manage the strategy and campaign execution for the company's affiliate and influencer marketing program.

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Executing and managing talent discovery as well as customized affiliate & influencer campaigns using applications like Upfluence and Refersion
• Negotiating terms with paid influencers while keeping in mind the company's monthly budgets and goals
• Generating performance analysis reports of past affiliate/influencer campaigns to give recommendations for future campaigns
• Working with the marketing team to execute omni-channel marketing strategies
• Researching and analyzing the market to support marketing plans including research on trends, competitors and social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will have the following experience:

• 1-2 years of direct influencer marketing experience
• Is familiar with social media platforms, computer software, and other online applications like Shopify, Upfluence, Refersion and graphic creation tools such as photoshop/canva
• Understands the latest marketing trends and techniques
• Can get things done and manage own activities with limited oversight and resources
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
