Creative Marketer / Marketing Designer
Location: Bath (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £35,000- £40,000

per annum

Our client is a fast-growing UK-based online competition platform offering free-to-enter prize draws across categories including tech, collectibles and experiences. Founded five years ago, the business has built a strong reputation with over 1,200 five-star reviews and an engaged community of users.

With over 50 competitions launching every week and a number of exciting initiatives planned for 2026, the team is continuing to grow and is now looking to hire a Creative Marketer / Marketing Designer to help drive the brand's visual identity and marketing output.

The Role

This role combines creative design with hands-on marketing execution. You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics, video content, and campaign assets across digital channels, helping to drive engagement and traffic to competitions.

Working within a small, fast-paced team, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's creative output and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Collaborate with the wider team to plan and deliver creative content across campaigns
• Produce high-quality graphics and visual assets across digital channels
• Film and edit video content in collaboration with internal team members and competition winners
• Manage daily design requests while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Review and proof creative work to ensure quality and accuracy

Content Strategy & Campaign Support

• Plan and deliver engaging content across social media, email marketing, push notifications, and the website
• Support marketing campaigns through creative storytelling and engaging visuals
• Conduct regular market research on creative trends and incorporate new content styles where appropriate

Additional Responsibilities

• Occasionally appear on camera to support content output
• Assist with social media scheduling and community engagement
• Support email campaign creation and management
• Contribute to competition ideation and scheduling
• Assist with live draws and visual set-ups to maintain brand consistency

Working Environment

Hybrid Working
Employees work three days per week from the Bath office for collaboration, filming and creative planning, with flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Flexibility
Due to live-streams and marketing activity, occasional work outside regular hours may be required, with advance notice provided.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity
• Experience managing video creation from concept to final edit
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative work and campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects

Desirable Experience

• Background in eCommerce marketing or competition/gaming platforms
• Interest in categories such as Pokémon, Warhammer, Lego, gaming tech or collectibles
