Job Title: PR Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid 3-days)

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Aspire is partnered with a renown and award winning global digital media agency that has had an incredible 2024, and are now seeking to expand their team to reflect the success they've seen.

The PR Coordinator will play a key role in designing and implementing strategic communications plans to deliver measurable results. This person will collaborate with the PR team to create engaging content, foster relationships with media outlets, and oversee social media campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans tailored to client needs, including PR and social media strategies.
• Conduct research to understand client's industries, competitors, and target audiences, ensuring a solid foundation for all campaigns.
• Craft high-quality content such as press releases, social media posts, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, and key messaging documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and influencers, securing consistent and meaningful coverage for clients.
• Manage and monitor media and influencer outreach efforts, including pitching, meeting coordination and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience working within public relations, social media, or a similar role (agency or media outlet experience preferred).
• Proactive, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the U.S. media landscape and a proven track record of securing media coverage.
• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
