🚀 We're Hiring: Producer / Speaker Recruitment 🎤💼
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days in office, some remote flexibility)
Salary: $70K-$80K + profit sharing

Are you passionate about the energy industry and experienced in speaker recruitment and content development? We're looking for a Producer / Speaker Recruitment professional with a strong background in building compelling conference programs, recruiting high-caliber speakers, and supporting commercially successful events-ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors. 🌟

What You'll Do:

🔍 Conduct market research to identify relevant trends and professional development needs in energy and infrastructure

📝 Translate research into commercially viable conference, course, and webinar programs

🎙 Lead speaker recruitment, sourcing, engaging, and securing subject matter experts and industry leaders

🧠 Develop and curate conference content, including agendas, session themes, and learning objectives

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, speakers, and attendees

📅 Manage on-site event logistics and represent the company professionally
✈ Occasional travel across the U.S. required

💡 Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure programs are effectively positioned, promoted, and delivered

What We're Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor's degree

🎙 Proven experience in speaker recruitment and content development for conferences or professional events (required)

⚡ Demonstrated experience producing conferences, including attendee sales and sponsorship engagement

✍ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

💻 Proficiency in MS Office

✈ Willingness to travel for events

📍 Denver-based candidates preferred

💡 Experience in educational, energy, or infrastructure industry conferences strongly preferred
