The Company:
This global market research agency who specialize in servicing clients within the CPG sector are looking for an Associate Director to join their team. Within this position you will have the opportunity to work on qualitative projects from every stage of the projects and lead from start to finish. The Role:
* You will be responsible for the running of multiple research projects and management of a team reporting into the director ensuring the project and research objectives are met.
* Taking full responsibilities for start to finish cycle of the research projects including, taking the client brief, writing and delivering the final report.
* Work alongside the director to write engaging and persuasive research proposals.
* Leading and building relationships with existing clients and developing new clients.

The Candidate:
* You will have a strong background in carrying out qualitative research projects from conception through to delivery.
* Excellent organizational skills in order to management multiple projects simultaneously whilst responding to requests where necessary.

*Passion for design and sharp eye to apply to client's challenges.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence in presenting.
* You will have a history of building and maintaining strong client relationship to ensure the best possible service to clients.
