Senior Event Manager

I'm partnering with an award-winning boutique event agency with a strong presence across Asia. They work with international MNC clients on high-quality internal and external events and are known for their collaborative culture, strong client relationships and delivery excellence.

They're now looking to hire a Senior Event Manager to lead event operations, manage a team, and ensure consistent, commercially sound delivery across the business. This is a full-time, Singapore-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop project teams, overseeing resourcing, performance and delivery standards

• Own end-to-end operational delivery of events, from planning through on-site execution and post-event review

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brief, in line with internal SOPs

• Drive operational efficiency, quality control and profitability across projects

• Act as senior client contact, providing operational leadership and strategic counsel

• Lead pitch preparation and support new business initiatives

• Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers and project documentation

• Anticipate and resolve delivery, resourcing and stakeholder challenges

• Build and maintain strong supplier, freelancer and venue networks

Experience required

• 7+ years' experience in event management or event marketing, ideally agency-side

• Proven team leadership experience (or clear readiness to step into a senior leadership role)

• Strong commercial and budget management capability

• Strategic, organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

• A collaborative, direct and empathetic leadership style

• Willingness to travel as required
