About the Role
A fast-growing tech platform is reimagining how entrepreneurs start, run, and scale their businesses. Their integrated system combines company formation, compliance, accounting, payroll, and business support - all in one seamless experience.

They're investing heavily in product design to make complex workflows feel simple and intuitive. This is a hands-on role shaping both front-end and back-end experiences for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end customer journeys and self-service flows

• Translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into elegant UX solutions

• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system

• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma, delivering developer-ready outputs

• QA builds and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and compliance teams

• Run user research, usability testing, and embed UX metrics (drop-off, conversion, engagement) into product decisions

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive UX/UI experience across SaaS, platforms, or consumer tech

• Proven track record of designing slick, app-style experiences

• Strong Figma skills with portfolio showcasing developer-ready files

• Experience building or maintaining design systems

• Startup or scaleup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• Analytical mindset, with experience in A/B testing, funnels, and user research

• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, or security constraints in product design

• Experience with MCP servers is a plus
