This global market research agency who specialize in servicing clients within the pharmaceutical sector are looking for a Research Manager to join their team. Within this position you support senior management in mentoring and training junior staff while maintaining client relationships. This is an opportunity to run your own exciting projects and lead a team!

The Role:

Project Management and Client Engagement from beginning to end while also acting as consultant on a variety of ad hoc projects

Act as main point of contact for the clients during the full life cycle of the project whilst maintaining relationships

Lead and Train a team, delegating responsibilities while providing research recommendations



The Candidate:

You will have a strong background in market research with healthcare experience

You are self-motivated and an independent worker

Strong communications skills with the ability to multi task under tight deadlines
