🚀 Talent Operations Manager (3-6 Month Contract) - London (In-Office)
💷 £45,000-£50,000 pro-rata

Are you experienced in HR systems and processes? We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in ATS (Ashby) and HRIS (HiBob) to keep our Talent team running at full speed.

In this role, you'll:

✅ Manage and improve workflows across recruitment and HR systems
✅ Ensure operational quality for hiring and people processes
✅ Configure, test, and roll out ATS and HRIS solutions
✅ Use data and insights to continuously improve Talent operations
