Vice President, Events.

We are very excited to be exclusively representing a global experiential agency, looking a VP Events to join their business here in Singapore. This is an expansion role where you will be tasked with managing the APAC region.

We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Events & Experiential Marketing to lead the development, execution, and growth of high-impact brand experiences across the region.

Based in Singapore, this leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a strong blend of creative vision, operational excellence, and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in events and experiential marketing, with a proven track record in business development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, looking at APAC expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and creative to deliver integrated brand experiences.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities to ensure profitability and sustainable growth

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or related fields
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects
• Strong business development background with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Deep understanding of the APAC market, with Singapore as a key hub
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
