Aspire is working with an exciting D2C Brand who have seen amazing success and hyper-growth, establishing itself as a market leader. They are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead a brilliant team of Marketers and help them continue this growth.

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for:
- Leading brand, marketing, and performance initiatives across global D2C channels.
- Owning global D2C performance marketing strategies that support each product offering.
- Developing and launching a successful loyalty program, and supporting the subscription and product marketing team.
- Managing the marketing P&L and defining a clear marketing roadmap to introduce new product lines.

The VP of Marketing will have the following experience:
- 12+ years of experience in an acquisition, performance, or growth marketing role for a D2C Brand
- Demonstrable experience in leading and growing marketing teams
- Hands-on expertise using digital acquisition platforms and an understanding of customer acquisition strategies
- Previous experience working in a hyper-growth company utilizing performance-growth marketing tactics
