It's week 3 of our 'Women in Leadership' campaign where we interviewed seven women leaders at Aspire to empower career-ambitious women around the world.
Whether you've never been a manager before, you want to progress to the next stage, or you're curious about how these women have become successful in a similar field to you, follow the campaign so you can hear their best advice.
Why is Aspire supporting Women in Leadership?
Each week, beginning with International Women's Day on 8th March, we will release another interview, showing our support and raising awareness for International Womens Day for a total of seven weeks.
Week 3:
Meet our Data & Systems Director, Andrea Robinson
Andrea has been in a leadership role for the past eight years and has been a Director here at Aspire since 2019. In that eight years, she got married and had two kids, feeling very fortunate to work for a company where that wasn't a barrier to her progression. Andrea is grateful that she can lead by example and prove that having a family and being a leader is not an impossible combination.
