Enterprise Account Executive - Enterprise Membership Sales
Business Insight and Market Research Platform
United States, Remote - Eastern or Central Time zones
$120,000-$160,000 OTE $250,000 + great benefits

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with their valued members. Your primary focus will be on retention, growth, and ensuring that clients maximize the value of their services. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align their solutions with client priorities, with the ultimate goal of achieving a 100% renewal rate for existing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the commercial relationship with existing members, developing strategic account plans to drive engagement and renewals.
  • Work closely with internal research and customer engagement teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from their offerings.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, understanding client priorities and aligning their solutions to support their objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the organization, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, driving revenue through strategic upselling and account management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise subscription, research, or SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to sell six-figure deals to large enterprises, engaging with C-level executives.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with procurement teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to challenge client thinking and create emotional connections.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and excellent in both verbal and written communication.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
