Position - Account Executive - Sponsorships

Location - Remote (US-based ONLY)

Compensation - $75k-$85k base + Uncapped Commission

Overview:
We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing events in the AI space to build out their sales team. This high-impact role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of B2B media or event sponsorship sales experience who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. If you're a motivated closer with a passion for tech and innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading brand with real momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Lead the entire sales process from outreach and proposals to negotiation and close.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound interest, and event networking.
  • Client Management: Build relationships and develop customized sponsorship solutions based on client needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure sponsor success and event delivery.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records and sales forecasts using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Event Support: Be on-site at major events to support sponsors and drive long-term relationships.

Who You Are:

  • 2-5 years of proven success in event sponsorship or B2B media sales.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Organized and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communicator-both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with sales tech (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
