Aspire is partnering with an International Market Research Specialist, who is looking for an experience Sales Executive to join their US Business. Selling Research solutions to Management Consultancies, it's essential that you have sold Qualitative or Quantitative Research solutions, so you can hit the ground running.
The Account Manager's responsibilities will be to:
* Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth, including potential markets, clients, and strategic partnerships
* Develop and implement strategies to effectively capitalize on these opportunities
* Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and long-term collaboration
* Present and promote offerings to both new and existing clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits
* Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build networks and stay informed on market developments
* Create and manage sales forecasts, actively working toward the achievement of set objectives
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's offerings, competitive environment, and strategic positioning
* Lead and support the professional development of business development staff, fostering high performance and growth
Required Skills and Competencies:
* 2-3 years' experience selling Market Research for a similar company (Dynata, Sermo, Schlesinger, etc…)
* Strategic and innovative thinking to develop actionable business approaches
* Technical aptitude to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
* Proficiency with standard business software applications, including Microsoft Office and analytical tools
* Solid understanding of business development, sales, and marketing fundamentals
