Aspire is working with an independent agency specializing in digital out-of-home advertising, which has seen huge growth globally this year. With a Global presence, they specialize in providing advertising, marketing, and technology solutions to Agencies and Brands directly.

The Client Associate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the client success team in servicing, strategizing, and growing clients OOH business.
• Providing assistance to the client manager in managing documents for internal and external projects.
• Collaborate with the Client Manager in creating and overseeing documents and reports throughout the planning and buying process, such as media plans, cost sheets, proof of posting, and override reports.
• Ensuring the precision and timeliness of all deliverables.

The Client Associate will have the following experience:

• Entry level position, preferring a Bachelors Degree or relevant experience.
• Proficiency using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Etc.)
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and goal-orientated
